This checklist guides initial planning. Final specifications and installation requirements are agreed with the studio for each venue. The published dimensions below exclude display bases.

Confirm before a loan agreement
Object records
Confirm height × width × depth, weight, work/version date and intended indoor or outdoor use.
Bases and stability
Agree base footprint and height, combined height, anchoring, stability and floor loading with the venue team.
Handling and transport
Confirm shipping origin, crate dimensions and weights, access, lifting equipment, handling method and condition reporting.
Visitor experience
Agree the layout, accessible circulation, viewing distances, interpretation, lighting and film-viewing area.
Film presentation
Confirm seven film titles, runtimes, language versions, caption tracks, screening rights, offline files, screens and audio.
Responsibilities and costs
Record transport, customs, insurance, equipment, staffing, installation/deinstallation dates and all cost allocations in the agreement.
